Hello Lumion,
I'm student in architecture school in France and with our shcool we received a student key for Lumion 9 Student Version but the softward doesn't want to recognize it... I don't know how to manage it and I need it soon, my final presentation taking place in two weeks…

Hi Victoria.

Welcome. :)

The License Key is embedded in the installation, so you need to uninstall the existing (Trial?) version of Lumion first.

Then either use the installation files that your school has provided or click on the Download button in the 'Getting started with Lumion 9.3.1' email (provided that your school has given you access to that email) to download and install version 9.3.1.

Let us know if that resolves the problem (or if we've misunderstood what the problem is).
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.

Hi Lumion again,
Thank you for your answer! So I deleted my trial version and try to download it again from the email I got but my access isn't accepted and I don't understand why...  Do you know any reason why I cannot access it?

Which error message are you getting?

1. Is it the 'Access is denied' error message when trying to download the Download Manager?

If so, please follow these instructions:
