we are using Lumion Pro 8.0 ,in this we have tried  to load google maps it was showing loading screen but it wasn't happen , for your reference we have attached screen shot , plz resolve this issue ASAP.

Hi,

If you're using Lumion 8.0 and do not want to upgrade to 8.5, you'll need to follow these instructions:

Support Topic: Lumion 7.5 and 8.0 ONLY: Important Changes to OpenStreetMap

However, we'd recommend upgrading to Lumion 8.5 which includes that change (please refer to the instructions in the following post).

Please update the Lumion version to the latest version 8.5 to resolve a change of OpenStreetMap systems.

You can get the latest by simply by following the steps here: How do you get the email with the Lumion download link?

I see that version 8.5 is being used on another License Key for your company, but you are still using the old V8.0 on the License Key and PC you are running it on.

we have two licenses one is 8.0 Pro and other one 8.5 Pro , what can i do for this issue resolving in 8.0
