[Resolved] Genral connection failure

Dear sir,

I installed Lumion 9 in student license trail, however when I run the program it shows General connection failure, however the wifi is connected and I can open webs. I tried several ways to figure out but they all doesn't work. Would it be the reason that I have installed Lumion before?
I attached the screenshot of running pae underneath.


Please help on the installation.

Hi Lu, sorry to hear that.

1. I assume you already added an exclusion for 'Lumion.exe' to your firewall/security software?

You can see which domain names Lumion requires access to in the following article:

Knowledge Base: Which domains and ports does Lumion need access to?

2. Please click on this link. Does your internet browser say "The license server is running" or "LOGINFAILED" in the top left corner? Or is the page that it opens blank without any text?

3. Please send the 'hosts' file from "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" to [email protected]
