Thanks for contacting us.

Your Student License Key was issued more than 365 days ago, November 2018.  You should have received two emails advising it was due for renewal prior to it expiring in November 2019.

Please follow these instructions to apply for a new one:

Knowledge Base: What do you do if your Student License Key has expired?

If you already applied for a second Student License Key within the past 365 days, please let us know which email address you used when applying for the Student License Key so we can look it up, either by posting it here or by sending the email address to [email protected]

If you are approved for a new one, you will need to uninstall the current version you have (as I see it V9.5).  Then install the newly approved one.
