Hello,

I have been using the student version of Lumion, and my license key has expired. I am still a student, so I believe I should still qualify for the offer. I followed the indicated steps of the FAQ (What do you do if your Student License Key has expired?) but I keep getting an error that says: "You have already redeemed this offer, an email was previously sent to you with the deals or requesting additional information. If you have not received this offer, please check your spam/junk mail." I have checked my email and don't have any messages. Am I doing something wrong? How do I re-apply for the student license?

Hi mkase2015,

There is no need to apply again since your License Key is valid until December.

I resent the 'Getting started with Lumion' email to your email account.

Please confirm when you receive it.

To resolve the problem that you are having, please uninstall the existing installation of Lumion and click on the 'Download Lumion' button in the 'Getting started with Lumion' email that I just sent you.

Also, can you tell us what the name of the computer you are using Lumion on is?

To see your computer's name, type 'dxdiag' in the windows search bar at the bottom left of your screen then press enter.

Or you can right-click on 'This PC'  in Windows Explorer and select 'Properties'.
