Is there a way to get tech support?    It would seem that a $3,000 software should have some way to contact tech support,, but i cant find it.

Hi Steve_1234, you've come to the right place.

To receive support, or to access the full Lumion Support Center and its resources, those with a Lumion License Key need to follow the steps from 2.2 in:

Knowledge Base: How do you get technical support?

Doing so will ensure that you get full access to the Lumion Support Center (which is partly hidden until you've registered a License Key).

When you're done, please let us know in this topic, so we can get the ball rolling.

Hi  Serge or to whom it may concern,

I have a similar question about Tech support.  I have registered my license and cannot seem to be able to find the form (as noted in 2.2) to request Tech Support.  I am missing something?

I can see that you have a valid Lumion 9 License Key.

Please add it to your Support Account by following the instructions in steps 2.3 and 2.4 of the article below:

Knowledge Base: How do you get technical support?

Doing so will ensure that you get full access to the Lumion Support Center.

From there, you can either make a search (step 3 of the article above) or create a new topic (step 4 of the article above) in the appropriate section of the Lumion Support Center and we will answer your questions there.
