I have a new license key for the Lumion 9 (educational) and I am proceeding according to the email sent to me with the instructions, nevertheless when I click on the "click here" link to transmit me to the "Download Manager", it always transmits me elsewhere and still showing me that the license key is expired, which is definitely not true, because I have a new one. Can someone help me?

Hi hafnerjan

The only License Key I see using your Support Account contact details is for a Student License issued December 2017 for V8.  That is of course now invalid as Student License Keys are valid for 365 days.

Please contact your local reseller who is responsible for Student License Keys in your country, and must have issued you the license and arranged for the email.

And, also forward to us the email for the V9 license so we can check it here, to uploads [at] lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

But I can see the licence already registered for Lumion 9 in my account here.

Hi Jan, we can only check for License Keys based on the Gmail address and your j**.******@fsv.c**.cz address that were used for applying for the Lumion License Key that expired 365 days after it was issued, i.e. in December 2018.

The first 4 digits of your Lumion License Key indicate the month and year that you applied for it: 1217. 12 means December and 17 means 2017. That's over 365 days ago.

So, as Peter mentioned, you need to contact your local reseller in order to apply for a new License Key so that you get access to Lumion for another year.

Let us know if you've got any other questions.

Oh, I can see.. But I´ve enquired for a license key for L9 in November 2018 and the email your company sent me with the new license key 1217... is from 19. November 2018. So, I cannot clearly see what I did wrong. Did your company sent me invalid key?

No, you did not receive the wrong License Key.

You are entitled to updated versions of Lumion for as long as your Student License Key is valid.

However, you will only be able to start Lumion on your PC (i.e. any Lumion version you've got access to) for 365 days from the day your application for student status was approved.

If you are still a student at an accredited institution, simply contact your local reseller to renew your student status, so that they can send you a new License Key (which will be valid for another 365 days).
