hello, i have registered for a trial version however i got the activation code yet when i open lumion it says that i have no internet connection and that i need an emergency activation code can somebody please help me

hey i just got the student verison however, i got the same issue with the trial version my internet and firewalls are all correct and connected can somebody please help me with this as soon as possible ?

You have not yet followed all of the instructions in the linked article in step 1.1.

Please go through them one by one and let us know if any of the steps are unclear.

I followed the exact same steps I did for the trial version however, this is a student version provided by a local partner here so I uninstalled the trial version and downloaded the student version when I am in the setup wizard it didn't even ask me for my activation code which I found extremely weird
