After you download the the file you should save it to a DVD.

No Redownload.  Reinstall.

@Lofts.........1 Day 15 hrs left for the download for me.
I'm sure they are getting hammered with everyone downloading.

Good question as though you can install and activate it on any number of computers but you need to deactivate it prior to a second activation on the previous one.

Now what happens when there is a crash and you cannot deactivate it? ::)

Probably just send them an email and let them know to deactivate that computer themselves.
Then just reactivate the new install.

But what do I know...  :D

Yes, probably they can deactivate from their end, too.

So true, what do we know...

Hi Arthur/Remko

downloading is very very very slow, I guess is the same issue what happened when SP1. I need 17 days to download the program!!!!!!

Hi,

With SP1 there was a serious bandwith problem with kind regards of our former hosting provider. We now have good servers. However...when there is kind of a 'bank run'...the queues are longer...

Yes, updated installers for both the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions will be ready very soon. Arthur will send an email to everyone as soon as the new download links are live.

You can buy credits and buy an Ultimate upgrade. Current users get 1000 credits for free, so you need to buy 4 credit vouchers.

On the Lumion Customer Area you can press 'Get More' in the left pane for more information.

Can I get a staff member to check my account and give me the Ultimate Icon?  I just upgraded, but can't seem to figure out how to get the icon back...it has disappeared.

You can go to your Customer area > Account (Profile) settings:
http://lumion3d.com/credits/Userboard/UserProfile.aspx
and at the bottom, there are some icons to choose from (or just one).
