Dutch development powerhouse Act-3D was founded in 1998 with the aim of creating user-friendly, real-time 3D visualization software. Act-3D first launched Lumion in 2010. Lumion is an essential tool for everyone who wants to visualize their building designs. It produces impressive, high quality videos very quickly and is extremely easy to master. Lumion is now used in over 100 countries around the world and 51 of the top architecture companies in the world are now users of Lumion.
Act-3D needs another Customer Support Engineer based in the USA, to strengthen current support mechanisms by offering timely, informed and insightful advice about Lumion.

Could this be you?

Your responsibilities would include
  • Being available on a USA-based Lumion dedicated telephone number
  • Answering pre- and post-sales support questions
  • Being available to answer questions during working hours (9-5)
  • Logging the questions you respond to

You are good at
  • Lumion
  • Talking to people and explaining things
  • Using technical software, in general
  • One or more CAD programs such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD
  • Being friendly to and patient with customers

You are familiar with
  • The AEC industry
  • The workflow of architects and designers

You will be
  • An ambassador for the Lumion brand
  • Based in the USA
  • Working a minimum of 20 hours a week, answering questions about Lumion
