i woud buy the the basic upgrade the preview is super. is the upgrade price include the plugins or only for the basic version?
for the basicversion there is no preorder discount then can y wait till the version 2 is available and pay the bill at the time, or is there something change for the listet price?
Some other features and content will be released as separate plug-ins for the Basic version.
please what the price for the plugins. its not posible to compare. the information are to rar.

i`m at loss what to do. buy the udgrade to lumion 2 ultimate or basic with the needed plugins.

We're still finishing the final details but the lighting is quite fast. The scene in the movie contains around 15 shadow maps and 3 shadow maps for the sun so that's a total of of 18 shadow maps. With a shadow map resolution of 2048 AND gausian blur on the shadow map I still got 17fps. For the final release we want to limit the number of shadow maps displayed in real-time to keep performance up. In final render the shadow map cost is not that big so that's really good news. Even without shadows the lighting looks great.

And if you could improve positioning and let to dig holes with vertical slopes, you would win the world of visualisation. So i intend to change seats of my students from Vue to Lumion.

I agree with you.... I bought lumion almost as soon as they released it.. I do not use all the plug ins.... thats the only reasons i do not upgrade to the ultimate version. I wish you could purchased individually what you need and not the whole plug in package. For example i do not need the smoke, fire, etc effects, but will love to have the water wall effect, but for me it is not worth it to buy the whole plug in package just for that. It will be a lot better if we can have the option of buying individually. Another example that this apply is for the new object/light library. For example if you only want to buy one chair/light fixture instead of buying the full library since i am not going to be interested in all the objects/ ligth fixtures they provide. Lets have the option to buy what you need instead of the full plug in package. Other than that i think lumion is awesome and you guys have done a great software... Lumion 2 is AWESOME and for sure i will do the ugrade... With the 10% like the ultimate users.
